What is a business tool or app you use every day?
There are actually 3 tools that I use literally every day. Canva, StoryChic, and Grammarly. I use these tools mostly for marketing my business and to help with any grammatical errors in my captions and blog posts.
Which app or online tool has been a game-changer for your business?
StoryChic has been a game-changer for my business. This app has taken my IG and FB stories to another level making them look professional and sleek. It really helps with my marketing.
What are the top 5 tools you use?
The top 5 tools I use are Grammarly for grammatical errors, Canva for marketing, StoryChic for marketing as well, Klaviyo for automated emails and campaign emails, and Paypal Business.
What is an online tool you wish you knew about when you started your business?
An online tool I wish I knew about when I started my business is Fiverr. I literally researched and learned how to customize my website on my own among other things. Fiverr has a network of freelancers that offer just about every service you can think of when it comes to business and this can essentially cut down on your time and cost of learning everything yourself. I now look for freelancers when I'm stumped on something I cannot fix or create myself, ie. my emails going to spam when sent to customers :-(.
