Which app or online tool has been a game changer for your business?
Kit (it’s a Shopify plug in) it allows me to speak to people as they’re shopping in my store. It also keeps track of sales, sends emails and does promotional post.
What are the top 5 tools you use?
Instagram, Google Drive, Shopify app, Kit (Shopify plug in app), Facetune.
What is an online tool you wish you knew about when you started your business?
I wish I started with Shopify. I started with Big Cartel, I feel like a lot of online stores start there but Shopify is definitely better if you know how to use it correctly.
